California Licensed Telcom Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telcom Sales Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure low-voltage systems including cabling, access control, CCTV, and voice/data systems
• Provide field support during construction phases and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare bid documents, technical specifications, and coordinate design layouts with clients and teams

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or trade school certification
• Four or more years of experience in low-voltage systems installation and configuration
• California Driver's License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as System Surveyor, Visio, and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes including BICSI, NEC, IEEE, EIA, TIA
