Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Telecom Platform Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Telecom solutions, integrating TSM, TNI, ITSM, and FSM
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high performance and effective communication aligned with delivery vision
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture and define requirements while delivering results within timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Telecom solutions, including TSM, TNI, ITSM, and FSM integration
• Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation and/or CSDM
• 8-12 years of experience in IT Services or Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and other relevant certifications preferred
