Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Telecom Platform Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Telecom solutions, integrating TSM, TNI, ITSM, and FSM
• Collaborate with teams to ensure high performance and alignment with delivery vision
• Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to define requirements and deliver solutions within timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Telecom solutions and integration workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and other relevant certifications preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in IT Services or Engineering
• Strong knowledge of architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
