California Licensed Telehealth NP

Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time California Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will provide Good Faith Exams remotely, collaborate with medical directors, and manage patient prescriptions while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Good Faith Exams for patients in licensed states according to protocols
• Field calls from sales and patients while responding to inquiries on designated communication channels
• Complete required Medallia responses and maintain open availability for afternoon/evening shifts

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current board certification
• Must possess a California NP license at the time of application; multi-licensed candidates preferred
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends (PST)
• Must reside in a compact license state
• Strong internet connection and capability to conduct virtual patient consultations
