Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Support highly complex patients by providing one-on-one care and assisting them in navigating the healthcare system
• Provide patient education, create care plans, and offer clinical guidance to the integrated care team
• Administer tests and screenings, perform health assessments, and maintain HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• Current California Nurse Practitioner license
• Board Certified NP in good standing
• 2+ years of clinical experience in relevant fields such as Primary Care or Gerontology
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority
• Active CPR/BLS certification
