Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete 2 hours of chart review per Nurse Practitioner (NP) per month, totaling a minimum of 8 hours/month
• Review a minimum of two charts per NP or 10% of encounters, whichever is greater
• Participate in periodic meetings with assigned NPs to discuss quality of care and documentation

Qualifications

• Must hold an active California medical license (MD or DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Telehealth and chart review experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work as an independent 1099 contractor
