Job Summary

California Licensed Telehealth RN, seeking a part-time remote position to provide telehealth triage, handle calls, coordinate meetings, and support clinical care for seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding appropriately within the scope of practice
• Coordinate telehealth meetings between participants and clinicians
• Resolve logistical care delivery issues and support smooth transitions between care settings

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered RN license
• Nursing knowledge and skills to manage complex clinical situations for elderly participants
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of making sound decisions in emergencies
• Excellent clinical and organizational skills in settings with seniors and interdisciplinary teams
