Job Summary

California Licensed TeleHealth RN, working part-time with a flexible schedule, is responsible for providing continuity of care, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating telehealth meetings, and resolving logistical issues for seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle calls and consult with other clinicians as needed
• Coordinate telehealth meetings between participants and clinicians
• Resolve logistical care delivery issues and support smooth care transitions

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered RN license
• Nursing knowledge and skills to treat frail, elderly participants
• Ability to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment
• Excellent clinical and organizational skills
• Able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
