Job Summary

Leading a remote team of RNs and LVNs, the full-time California Licensed Telehealth RN Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the triage call center, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff development, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing development of nursing staff to enhance performance and engagement
• Oversee daily operations, including work delegation, scheduling, and performance target achievement
• Identify operational issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives through root-cause analysis and solution implementation

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN required
• Unencumbered RN license required
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years in telehealth preferred
• Two years of supervisory experience with a focus on mentoring and team development
• Proficiency with technology, including electronic medical records systems
