Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Telehealth Therapist to provide remote behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform
• Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups in collaboration with partner hospitals
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship while supporting quality improvement across programs

Required Qualifications

• Active California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC)
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in therapy
• Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in overseeing services
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMRs)
