California Licensed Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time California Licensed Telehealth Therapist will provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth, focusing on delivering exceptional client care while enjoying scheduling flexibility and professional growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients while maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates personal needs
• Participate in peer consultations and specialized training to enhance professional development

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
