California Licensed Telehealth Therapist

Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the part-time or full-time California Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver client-centered care via telehealth, while enjoying flexible scheduling and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent clients using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients, with support for client acquisition and administrative tasks
• Participate in peer consultations and training to enhance professional development

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
