Job Summary
Providing essential business operations support, the full-time California Licensed Teleneurology Administrator will manage site financials, facilitate communication between medical teams and hospital leadership, and oversee compliance and operational programs in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the operational administrator and liaison for the provider team with hospital leadership and support staff
- Manage site financials, including contract stipends and payroll, while ensuring compliance with Vituity policies
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and recredentialing processes for new providers and employees
Required qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Experience in the healthcare field and knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
