Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals
  • Assess and monitor the recovery of disabled persons, ensuring appropriate healthcare services are utilized
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice, preferably with workers' compensation experience
  • Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; Compact RN license required
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized case management certification (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
  • Internet: Must have reliable internet access
