California Licensed Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-time Telephonic Case Manager (RN) to assist injured workers in receiving appropriate medical care remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with medical providers, employers, and injured workers to coordinate care
• Perform nursing evaluations and review medical correspondence to assess patient needs
• Implement and monitor comprehensive care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers

Required Qualifications and Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 3-5 years of clinical experience as an RN outside of school
• Workers Compensation Case Management experience
• CA RN license in good standing and valid state-approved RN license
• Bilingual in Spanish
