Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to assist injured individuals in their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Assess injured individuals' recovery and modify case goals based on their progress
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice, preferably with workers' compensation
  • Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred but not required
  • Internet: Must have reliable internet access
