Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
- Assess overall recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage workload and prioritize cases effectively
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Reliable internet connection required
