Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
  • Assess overall recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage workload and prioritize cases effectively


Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
  • Reliable internet connection required
