Job Summary
To support individuals recovering from workplace injuries, the full-time California Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring appropriate healthcare services and facilitating a return to work, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage case loads by assessing recovery and modifying treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Advocate for injured individuals by advising on treatment options and facilitating communication between all parties involved
- Independently prioritize and manage workload, including preparing status updates and assisting in training new staff as needed
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Reliable internet access for remote work
