Job Summary
Providing telephonic nursing services, the remote California Licensed Telephonic Nurse will manage patient support, resource inquiries, and data collection while participating in program-specific meetings and training sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to support patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers, providing resources and referrals as needed
- Assemble and document accurate data related to patient inquiries and follow-up outcomes
- Participate in program-specific meetings and demonstrate clinical competency through assessments
Required qualifications
- Associate degree and a valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing in California
- 2-5 years of nursing experience, preferably in telephonic roles
- Compact State License eligibility and willingness to obtain additional licenses as required
- Basic database and office navigation skills
- Ability to maintain high customer service levels while multitasking with PC and phone tasks
