Job Summary

A company is looking for a TeleSales Retention Representative to work remotely in California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and retain existing members
  • Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls related to enrollment and disenrollment campaigns
  • Submit daily and monthly activity reports and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Active Health and Life license required
  • Knowledge of CMS Marketing Guidelines is essential
  • Medicare Health Plan knowledge or health insurance background preferred
