Job Summary
A company is looking for a TeleSales Retention Representative to work remotely in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and retain existing members
- Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls related to enrollment and disenrollment campaigns
- Submit daily and monthly activity reports and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active Health and Life license required
- Knowledge of CMS Marketing Guidelines is essential
- Medicare Health Plan knowledge or health insurance background preferred
