California Licensed TeleSales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TeleSales Retention Representative to work remotely in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads to meet and exceed sales production goals for new enrollments and retention of existing members
• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective members and direct prospects to the field sales team as needed
• Conduct outbound calls related to enrollment campaigns and submit daily activity reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active Health and Life license required
• Solid knowledge of CMS Marketing Guidelines required
• Medicare Health Plan knowledge preferred
