California Licensed Teletherapist

Job Summary

To support a flexible and autonomous practice, the remote California Licensed Teletherapist will deliver high-quality mental health services while managing their own schedule and client load as a 1099 independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services (individual, group, or couples) via a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop measurable treatment strategies
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license in good standing
• Proficiency in recognized therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT)
• Comfort with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and professional video conferencing
• A dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace for client sessions
