Job Summary

To support a flexible and autonomous work environment, a California Licensed Teletherapist will provide high-quality mental health services remotely as a 1099 independent contractor, managing their own schedule and client load without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services through a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop measurable treatment strategies
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license in good standing
• Proficiency in recognized therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT)
• Comfortable with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and video conferencing tools
• A dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace for client sessions
