Job Summary

To support a flexible and autonomous practice, a California Licensed Teletherapist will deliver high-quality mental health services remotely as a 1099 independent contractor, managing their own schedule and client load without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based mental health services (individual, group, or couples) via a secure telehealth platform
• Conduct intake assessments and develop effective treatment strategies
• Maintain timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted state license in good standing
• Proficiency in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, or DBT
• Comfort with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and video conferencing tools
• A dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace for client sessions
