Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independently Licensed Therapist (W2 Salary) in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions with clients, ensuring therapeutic soundness
• Maintain a flexible schedule with 20+ hours of weekly availability for client sessions
• Collaborate with prescribers to support clients' medication management alongside therapy services

Required Qualifications

• Independently Licensed Therapist in the U.S. (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one state, with willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 criteria
• Credentialing with Blue Shield CA, Optum, and/or Cigna CA is preferred
