Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist I to provide employment-focused clinical and case management services to clients with mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments, crisis interventions, and short-term therapy for clients with mental illness and co-occurring disorders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and manage crises while adapting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain documentation of client services and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Degree in MSW, MFT, PCC, Psy.D, or PhD with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Must be registered with BBS or Board of Psychology
• Current knowledge of crisis intervention, therapeutic interventions, and documentation standards
• Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices and integrated health care approaches
• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
