Job Summary
California Licensed Therapist, this full-time position involves conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatments to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake assessments and evaluations, providing crisis intervention services as needed
- Monitor patient health and behavior, offering linkages and referrals to appropriate services
- Work independently while adhering to ethical and professional standards in mental health treatment
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in an appropriate behavioral science discipline from an accredited college or university
- Current unrestricted license in California as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Experience in providing clinical modalities to clients of all ages and various diagnoses
- Knowledge of DSM IV and V, assessment skills, and crisis intervention techniques
- Ability to manage a case load and meet productivity expectations while maintaining client confidentiality
