Job Summary

California Licensed Therapist, this full-time position involves conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatments to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial intake assessments and evaluations, providing crisis intervention services as needed
  • Monitor patient health and behavior, offering linkages and referrals to appropriate services
  • Work independently while adhering to professional and ethical standards in mental health care
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant behavioral science discipline from an accredited institution
  • Current unrestricted license in California as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Experience in providing clinical services to clients of all ages and various diagnoses
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment methods
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet productivity expectations, with at least 75% of time spent on direct client services
