Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) to provide remote teletherapy to youth ages 11-24, focusing on delivering evidence-based care and psychoeducation while fostering supportive relationships, with options for both independent contractor and W-2 employment structures.

Key responsibilities

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with youth to create a safe therapeutic environment
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to youth experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
• Deliver psychoeducation to parents and caregivers

Required qualifications

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
• Demonstrated passion for youth mental health and commitment to culturally responsive care
• Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
• Comfortable with providing telehealth services
