Job Summary
To support youth mental health in California, a fully licensed California Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) will provide teletherapy to students aged 11-24, delivering evidence-based care while collaborating with schools and families in a remote, independent contractor role.
Key responsibilities
- Foster strong, supportive relationships with youth to create a safe therapeutic environment
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to youth experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Deliver psychoeducation to parents and caregivers
Required qualifications
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California
- Demonstrated passion for youth mental health and commitment to culturally responsive care
- Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings
- Comfortable with telehealth and experience providing telehealth services
