Job Summary

To support a growing virtual clinic, the full-time California Licensed Therapist will provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic setting
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, delivering 20-26 hours of direct care weekly
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and participate in ongoing training and meetings

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, and independent license to practice psychotherapy in California
• Ability to support a diverse caseload of patients with varying degrees of acuity
• Commitment to providing care two evenings per week until 8pm in the patient care time zone
• Passion for evidence-based care and mental health treatment
• Experience in Family-Based Treatment and/or eating disorder treatment is preferred
