Job Summary
Seeking compassionate and autonomous California Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) for a part-time remote position, where they will deliver high-quality virtual behavioral health counseling and support lifestyle changes for older adults across the US, committing to 15+ hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to older adults addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, and chronic pain
- Partner with patients to develop sustainable routines for stress management, nutrition, and physical activity
- Utilize EMR for documenting patient information and collaborating with care coordinators and other clinicians on personalized care plans
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC license in California, Texas, Florida, and/or Pennsylvania
- 3+ years of clinical experience with at least 1 year in telehealth and proficiency in EMRs
- Prior experience working with older adults (65+) or in geriatric health and chronic disease management
- Strong communication skills and an empathy-driven clinical approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
