California Licensed Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health team, a part-time California Licensed Therapist (LMFT / LCSW / LPCC / Psychologist) will provide virtual therapy sessions, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with support teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing, weekly virtual therapy sessions to a diverse population of clients
- Maintain a minimum productivity expectation of 18 billable sessions per week
- Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes, on the same day services are provided
Required qualifications
- Must be a fully licensed behavioral health practitioner in the State of California (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Must adhere to all applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant space to provide telehealth sessions
- Must not be opted out of Medicare
- Strong clinical skills and comfortable providing therapy independently via telehealth
