California Licensed Therapist I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist I to provide mental health services in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and provide crisis intervention and psychotherapy to clients with mental health and substance use issues
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Develop tailored intervention plans and adapt treatment strategies based on client progress

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC), or Psychology (Psy.D)
• 1-2 years of experience in a mental health or social service environment
• Registered with the BBS or Board of Psychology as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
• Knowledge of crisis intervention, evidence-based practices, and integrated care approaches
• Current California driver's license and acceptable driving record
