California Licensed Therapy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Therapy Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple facility rehabilitation programs and mentor Directors of Rehabilitation
• Monitor compliance with company policies, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts
• Support facilities in achieving survey excellence and operational compliance best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology; Master's or Doctorate preferred
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Therapist
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software (SharePoint, Net Health, Point Click Care)
• Requires RAC-CT Credential within 1 year of hire
• Must maintain a license in good standing and meet continuing education requirements
