Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Abstractor for California Tax Collector Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract, compile, and examine documentation from public records
• Enter information about owners, lienholders, and other parties into the title reporting system
• Utilize knowledge of title practices and procedures in a remote work environment

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience searching title using a geographic title plant
• Solid understanding of title practices and procedures, with familiarity with Title Point preferred
• High competence in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Comfort with PDF Studio Pro and Adobe Acrobat in a paperless environment
• Relevant title experience with California counties is preferred
