Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Modification Solutions Title Analyst in Default Services-Loss Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and report items that affect title during or after the Loan Modification process
• Create and provide a grade sheet detailing title issues on the graded title report
• Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff while maintaining open communication with management

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Working knowledge of real estate title
• Proven customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft software products
• Ability to multi-task and meet daily production goals with high accuracy
