Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner and Project Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Examine chain of title for residential properties and potentially commercial properties
- Perform title examination of complex title orders and abstract/analyze relevant records
- Mentor less experienced team members and supervise special projects assigned by the department manager
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in title examination and title searching
- Title Agent license preferred but not required
- Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents and ability to read legal descriptions
- Commercial experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
