Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner who will be responsible for searching public records and examining titles for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for residential properties
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify property descriptions
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and resolve issues related to title documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3+ years of experience in searching and examining refinance and resale transactions, with California experience required
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)
