Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner for California Tax Collector Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract, compile, and examine documentation from public records
• Enter information regarding owners, lienholders, and other parties of interest into the title reporting system
• Utilize extensive experience in real estate records and practices to support ongoing projects

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience searching title using a geographic title plant
• Solid understanding of title practices and procedures
• High competence in computer applications, especially Microsoft Suite and internet searching
• Familiarity with PDF Studio Pro and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience working in a paperless environment
