Job Summary

California Licensed Title Examiner, responsible for examining public records and providing title opinions, with a full-time remote position requiring extensive title knowledge and document analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine title orders to determine title conditions and insurability
• Research and analyze title plant software and pertinent record documents
• Prepare accurate title commitments and assist customers with inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent; specialized training in software is desirable
• Minimum of four years of industry experience in title examination
• Experienced in title examination in California, Arizona, and Nevada
• Familiarity with TitlePoint, DataTrace, and county website searching
• Understanding of metes and bounds and adverse matters related to property
