Job Summary

Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time California Licensed Title Examiner will examine public records and determine the legal condition of commercial property titles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to assess liabilities and legal conditions of titles
• Prepares accurate title commitments in line with company procedures
• Recognizes and resolves typical problems while managing individual workload under general supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Experience with commercial or industrial property title examination
• Understanding of title insurance policies and procedures
• Ability to communicate moderately complex information within the team
