Job Summary

Supporting real estate transactions, the full-time California Licensed Title Officer will provide nationwide title services, ensuring high levels of customer service and proactive communication with clients, attorneys, and lenders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advises customers, attorneys, and lenders to resolve title insurability issues prior to closing for commercial transactions
• Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain necessary documentation for clearing title-related issues
• Follows standard procedures and guidelines while managing individual workload under general supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
