Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Specialist - West Coast (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review abstracts and identify title issues needing resolution
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation for title clearance
• Prepare title clearance affidavits and generate final title policies for distribution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential purchase Title Insurance experience in West Coast markets (CA, WA, NV, CO, AZ)
• Strong customer service experience with a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
