Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Specialist for a temporary contract position on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Review abstracts and identify title issues needing resolution
• Coordinate with various parties to obtain necessary documentation for title clearance
• Generate final title policies and ensure their correctness prior to distribution

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential purchase Title Insurance experience in West Coast markets (CA, WA, NV, CO, AZ)
• Experience in customer service with a positive attitude
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new programs quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
