Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Total Rewards Analyst, remote, must be West Coast based.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, administration, and delivery of Total Rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
• Assist with compensation and benefits projects, job evaluations, and market analyses
• Ensure data accuracy and support employee inquiries related to Total Rewards programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or benefits administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work with HR data
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and the Office of Inspector General required
