Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of compensation experience, with senior-level responsibility
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or total rewards
• Expertise in California labor laws and regulatory reporting
• Experience managing and developing HR team members
