Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Toxic Tort Attorney, the full-time position offers a flexible hybrid or remote working arrangement and involves managing complex toxic tort cases, including trial preparation and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare talc, silica, asbestos, and related toxic tort matters for trial with a litigation team
- Take and defend key fact and expert witness depositions, and manage significant pretrial and trial motions
- Communicate with clients regarding case developments and provide high-level client service
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of California
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience preferred
- Demonstrated trial experience in toxic tort, personal injury, or general liability cases
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
