Job Summary
Focused on managing large strategic initiatives, the full-time California Licensed Transaction Director will oversee transaction management, optimize client portfolios, and lead negotiations while working fully remote.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationship with clients and provide strategic real estate advice to align with their goals
- Initiate and oversee complex transactions, ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement reporting requirements, maintaining accurate portfolio data and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate services or transaction management
- Valid California Real Estate license
- Proven project management skills with a focus on timely completion of tasks
- Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
