Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Transactional Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle financings, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters
• Provide corporate counseling, entity formations, and governance support
• Engage in direct client contact and manage sophisticated legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of private law firm experience in financings, M&A, and transactional matters
• Active California bar admission
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• For Partner candidates, a portable book of business is a plus but not required
